About the project:
As a leading multination automobile company, the client has operations across the globe and the purpose of the project is to help the client bridge the knowledge gaps about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) among their global employees from different markets. The toolkit was developed with the aim to get the client’s global employees on the same page about the concept of DEI, while equipping them with the latest best practices and practical tips on how to bring DEI to life in the workplace and daily lives.

Role played by Isabel:
Isabel came in as a DEI expert and overall strategy lead informing the direction and structure of the DEI toolkit. She also drafted the DEI playbook and catered the content to audiences from different markets with a varied understanding of DEI.

She also developed a DEI Activation Guide with actionable corporate, policy, and campaign ideas and calendar for the client’s local market teams to design and customise policies and campaigns suitable for their respective markets.

Results:
The DEI playbook was distributed to the client’s teams and offices worldwide, with key markets using the playbook as a reference for new fiscal year strategy planning. Since then, the DEI toolkit has played a critical part in informing the client’s marketing and sales strategy, HR policies, and corporate communications efforts.
