Seasoned Broadcaster, Strategic Communicator

As a professional corporate communications consultant, TV presenter & producer, event emcee & moderator, voice talent, and executive media trainer who has extensive experience working with institutional clients and C-suite leaders, Isabel has hosted over 1,500 conversations with international business leaders and policy makers; and reached global audiences across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, MENA, and Latin America.

Isabel has worked at Bloomberg TV and her work can also be seen on Yahoo Finance, Travel Channel, Asia Tatler, RTHK, SCMP, and more. She also served as the vice president of the Asian American Journalists Association Asia Chapter, and the programming co-director of the AAJA’s annual journalism conference N3Con 2018.

With years of experience in financial journalism and TV news, Isabel specialises in sectors including banking & finance, investment management, private equity, technology, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I), and ESG. She is also the podcast host of Proudly Asian - an award-winning media platform that champions DE&I and uplifts diverse Asian cultures and communities through the power of creative storytelling.

Previously, Isabel headed up international technology firm Lynk’s global content department as their Editorial Lead, and had built a multimedia content strategy and operation within the firm from the ground up. Leading a global team of editorial and digital content professionals, Isabel had scaled the operation as a meaningful engine of growth that elevated the firm’s reputation and business performance.

Isabel was also the lead anchor of Hong Kong International Business Channel, a 24-hour, free-to-air English business news channel operated by i-Cable News, and launched its weekly flagship financial programme ‘All About Money’ as the show host and producer.

Apart from journalism, Isabel is a communications and digital marketing expert who has experience leading impactful projects for international brands such as YOOX Net-A-Porter Group, Carlyle Group, BlackRock, AGEAS, HP, Nissan Global, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, InvestHK, Marriott International, EY and more.

Isabel graduated from the University of Hong Kong as a Bachelor of Journalism and Business Administration double major, with focuses on accounting & finance, economics, corporate finance, and financial journalism. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Sustainability Governance focusing on ESG reporting and responsible investing.
